Lower Back Pain
I am having Lower Back Pain from last Week and I am not able to sit for 15 mins continuously. While sitting, bending and Walking I am having pain in my Lower back and now my legs has started paining.

Posture correction must. According your conditions tk physiotherapy treatment and stretching exercises of full spine and legs. X-ray MRI must.

Back pain along with leg pain is due to nerve compression in your Lumbar spine. You need an MRI scan followed by an assessment by a Spinal Surgeon. Once you have an MRI decision making will be easier.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Dear you have nerve compression which goes to legs and producing pain.you need to visit physiotherapist for physical examination and for posture assessment.
