Lower back pain
I have a lower back pain on left side. Generally my muscle gets stiff on left lower side and my hip till leg there is a sensation. Movement becomes limited. This started happening 6-7 years back wen i lifted some heavy weight.

Sounds like lumbar spinal disc bulg... If u r having numbness and tingling sensation in your leg , then u should get a MRI done and consult with physio and ortho doctor....

Recurrent low back pain can be of various reasons. If u r also experiencing radiating pain, it is a sign of nerve compression. Plz do not ignore it. Get a professional assessment and treatment done. Till you find a good therapist you can use hot pack for your lower back and buttocks, stretching exercises for the front of your thighs, sleeping position - Face up keep pillow underneath the knees. U ll get benefit from manual therapy.

Case is chronic so proper evaluation is necessary. Apply moist heat over the affected area for 15 min. Gentle back exercise nd lower leg stretching will help u

It seems like old spondylo degenerative changes leading to recurrent muscle spasm and probably some nerve compression.

Apply Ice twice in a day, consult a physiotherapist for regular physiotherapy sessions at least for 10 days.

Sciatica  should  be diagnosed  if pain is severe  get an MRI  done  further  treatment  planned after

your are suffering from disc problem compression over l4-l5 area , go for an MRI L.s.Spine , than consult to me with your MRI reports .

I think you need to visit a physio to get diagnosed properly. It can be either sciatica or disc prolapse . If the pain is not continuous then u can try doing these exercises. https://youtu.be/o0nvitlld_4
