Lower back pain
I have been going to the gym for 4 years now and only recently I lifted a little more than I usually do in a deadlift and started having a lower back pain which went away by applying volini. But now after a couple of weeks I've started to have lower back pain right above my buttocks in the centre or sometimes sides which seems to reduce when I work out and then comes back.

Hi You need to add good stretching program.mainly piroformis muscle stretch that should help you
