Lower Back Pain
I have been suffering from back pain for 6-7 years. Whenever I woke up in the morning. I am unbale to get up from bed due to back pain. Even its very painful when i bend down. Plz suggest what to do.

Hi there It's necessary to get to the cause of reason for your low back pain. For that you need to go for a Lower back x ray and mri if needed. And should visit nearby physiotherapist for further diagnosis and get a physiotherapy treatment which includes pain management , strengthening and stretching exercises and home instructions which you need to follow.

use cold pack for 15 minutes twice a day , avoid heavy lifting, avoid painful movements ,use L-S belt , avoid long travel, before getting off bed do gentle back exercises like rotation of back with knees bend.
