Lower Back Pain
I have been suffering from lower back pain for a while now. Unable to sleep, Run, Sit or Walk due to this. Also pain in left buttock at time of sitting and getting up.

Visit a physiotherapist and get treatment for your back pain... Pain in left buttock is due to nerve involved which gets pressed as you sit due to pressure upon nerve.. it's radiating pain... Your posture also needs to be corrected.. Meanwhile you can use hot fomentation twice a day for 10 min.. Also avoid forward bending and lifting heavy weight...  Visit physiotherapy clinic...
