Lower Back pain
I have constant pain on the left side of my lower back for the past week or so. Consulted a physician who conducted an x-ray and said that there is no disc problem and prescribed painkillers. It is a dull throbbing which is closer to discomfort than pain.

This type of pain due to your paraspinal back muscles are become week and spasmodic, consult physiotherapist and start taking treatment for back like isometric back exercise and strengthening exercise for back muscle Definitely you will feel better
