Lower Back Pain
I have lower back pain due to prolong sitting in the desk and it is not going away. Recently i have started Physiotherapy and trying to work on my posture. Is there anything else to get rid of the pain?

Low back pain any one can have irrespective of there job,  age and posture. So first thing need to know either it's structural or mechanical. We got specific exercises which is made to relieve low back pain with its root cause.  You can consult us online.

If you have sitting job , probably you have tight thigh  muscles or week back muscles start stretching and streanghting exercise , you can consult online for proper guidance .

Activity modification will be most beneficial, Add some standing in your routine. Follow ergonomic advices provided by your therapist. Don't look for shortcut to succeed.
