Lower back pain
I have lower back pain it severs many times that i couldn't do any thing that time so can I use orthopedic belt.

You should wear Orthopaedic belt to protect your spine only when you are doing some heavy work, prolonged standing/walking or travelling etc (load on back). Try not to wear lumbar support belt when resting or continuously to prevent muscle wasting. Core exercises would help in strengthening back muscles Visit a pain specialist to pin point source of pain and get treated.
