Lower back pain
I have severe back pain since thursday night, I went to the gym on wednesday where i did some exercise with 3 kg dumbles. It is okay when i am lying down but when i stand ut increases and it is becoming difficult to stand or walk. The pain was less on sunday but it has increased today. Do i need to see a doctor?

Hello..It could be becuase of muscular strain on back. Apply hot formatation for 15 mins 2-3 times a day.Visit physiotherapy center take pain relief treatment like IFT 7 ULTRA SOUND..

Avoid long time standing and sitting position..sit with good back support. avoid forward banding and lifting weight. avoid travelling take rest bt keep your self mobile. and stop the gym at list for 15 days.take care.

Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
