I m having lower back pain since last 1 month. It happened due to weight lifting. Sometimes it happenes very badly. Sometime it gets ok. I m not doing any exercise right now. But whenever I do it pains..what should I do

Pain while lifting of weights suggests a weaker core strength. Also sometimes while lifting heavy weights you may end up injuring the muscles of your back, and worse the intervertebral disc may get torn. You need to get it examined first to ascertain the cause and do a Xray.

Well its better you consult an orthopaedician... It's better to get an x Ray done...you need physiotherapy and can use hot packs for pain relief.. Usually bed rest will help you recover from the pain...
