kindly visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic and you can take intermittent pelvic traction with minimal weight ranging from 11 to 15 kgs,( hold time - 20 seconds and rest time 5 seconds, duration: 15 minutes). the traction may be preferrably given with the hip and knee in 90 degrees (ninety- ninety position). In addition to it you may be treated with IFT (interferential therapy)
Next Steps
The above said treatment should be continued for a minimum of one week to ten days. Buy a LUMBOSACRAL BELT immediately and start using it regularly while travelling, sitting and standing for along time. remove it while eating and sleeping.
