NOT able to sit ,If sit then not able to stand up.Pain towards left side only.IN Standing situation no pain.If my lower back left side try to move then pain generate.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor if not improving

U need to take some muscle relaxant and need to see an orthopaedic surgeon around you .it may be a simple lumbosacral strain but you need to be examined.
