Lower back pain
Strained back last month which caused intense pain. The pain was relived after topical application of pain relief ointment and spray for a week.
There was intense sudden pain on the back while bending or sudden movement. Now the pain is increased, disturbing the daily activities. Please advise.

But now as pain is more on bending forwArd
It's good to get yourself examined by an orthopaedic doctor for an physical evaluation
