Weight training in the gym yesterday, was dead lifting (Back exercise) and I felt a pain in my lower back which is still there today, I don't have a problem walking it's just painful when I lean over

Please get absolutely bed rest for 7 days.
Avoid jerky movements and forward bending for now.
Do hot water formantation at back.
Take a Rhumasyl oil for gental massage on pain areas.
