  4. Lump in chest. It didn't disappeared!

Hi & i wanna say there lumps in my both of the nipples as press them i feel it's huge and spread over chest area i didn't feel pain but being male it's looks awful on me how I can cure them I'm facing this problem from long years when I was 15 or 16 but now I'm 20 but it didn't disappeared
