Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS) can be treated with physiotherapy. Pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback, and manual therapy are some of the techniques that may be used. Pelvic floor muscle training involves exercises to strengthen the muscles that support the bladder, bowel, and uterus. Biofeedback is a technique that uses sensors to help you learn how to control your pelvic floor muscles. Manual therapy involves hands-on techniques to help release tension in the muscles and improve blood flow to the pelvic area. Your physiotherapist may also recommend lifestyle changes such as stress management, exercise, and dietary changes to help reduce your symptoms. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
There are Male Pelvic Flooor specialists abailable in india, you can search on google for nearby available pelvic physiotherapist.
As you said it is rare of CPPS but there are many male pelvic physio's available in india.
