My hand masules are decrease and fats are very low of my body.and I fill very lazy every day.and when I weak up in morning then my body is very pain...and I fell no energy of my body

Hello..., Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Exercise daily in the morning.. It increases your appetite . Have more of fruits and vegetables. If you have medical problem consult general physician. Anemia or hyperthyroidism could cause your symptoms.
