MdDS/PPPD/Vestibular migraines
I am having some weird rocking sensations and gravitational pull sensations. I had been to a neurologist with clear Brain MRI. He thinks I'm fine but I'm not. I've read about mal de debarquement syndrome/pppd/vestibular migraines on the internet and they seem to quite match the symptoms that I'm feeling. Is there any doctor who knows about these and have dealt/treated patients with similar conditions/symptoms. Please help me.

You need the consultation of a neurologist only... Which you have done correctly... Is there any issue related to your ears? Reduced hearing or tinnitus (constant ringing in ear) or any history of ear discharge...
Do you have difficulty in balancing or episodes of vertigo???
Detailed clinical examination is required to get to a conclusion and to decide further course of action...
