Meal replacement powders are mostly synthetically made.
The one point is, why do you want to take meal replacers.
You should do something that you can do all your life. If this is for weight loss, then the weight loss is not healthy nor sustainable. Ones you stop taking products and get back to normal eating pattern, weight is gained back.
And also, recent research shows that many meal replacers have side effects on liver and kidney.
So, definitely wouldn't recommend them
