Sir my daughter 4 and half month old . Before 12 days she start sound like ummha ummha like stomach pain. Dr gave colic drop and repiduse drop  . But nothing good she started poo 11 to 12 times. I wait 6 days and again saw dr. Dr ask for stool test and now give septran antibiotic with sporlac powder and eupeptine drop. But stiil 4 days baby continue poop 10 times a day . What to do now. Baby is active and take mothers milk only . My frnd who is physician says stop the septran syrup  (co- trimoxazole oral suspention)and give diof syrup (ofloxacin metrodinazole Suspension). Can i change septran syrup to diof..please its urgent

No oflaxacina at that age group. And as your doctor said continue septran. What ever details you gave it is not looking some infection. If you are feeding baby in lying down position and not burping properly then these kinds of symptoms occur. So start feeding baby in sitting position everytime and and also burp on shoulder till baby takes abirp. Evrytime you have to do it. And insted of sporalac Giv baby Econorm sachest 2 sachets per day for 3 dasy qith mothers milk Don give her water or other top milk, gray these symtoms will comedown
