My height is 5 ft 3 inch weight 70 kg age 28 yrs male , I am taking olmetrack 20 for high blood pressure from past one year, I am facing problem of panic attacks and high anxiety, so that I can't sleep well in night. So, what medicine should I take for this reason?

Also elaborate symptoms...how often do you have such attacks of anxiety...n how long does it last...is it accompanied by fear of death... how is your sleep n appetite...how is your mood n work efficiency
