My height is 5 ft 3 inch weight 70 kg age 28 yrs male. I am taking olmetrack 20 mg from past one year for high blood pressure now my blood pressure is 130/84. I have also panic disorder so my psychiatrist prescribed nexito LS and Benfomet plus. Now I am facing irregular heartbeat when I am in panic. Should I take any medicine for this problem? Please suggest

Just want to know about ur heart rates ?
If it is more than 70 , you can take tablet inderal ( propranol ) 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg at night , your panic attacks will definitely reduce.
