Hi Doctor,
Am Sreeram. My issue is am not able to remember what all am reading. Sometimes it's taking time to recollect. For example am not able to remember the answer which I have studied 1 day before exam.

It could be due to performance anxiety or stress induced. Try relaxation exercises like deep breathing. Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling
