The first step to stress and anger management is to identify stress and anger within yourself, and since you have accomplished this I would believe you are on the right track. Anger and stress management are widely sought by people in today's times, as it afflicts a large number of persons. The best recourse is to seek a psychologist or psychiatrist for consultation who can guide you through these mental processes, and rule out any other problems associated. However some general steps that you can undertake right away can be- a) make your lifestyle more regular i.e. regular sleep-wake timing. b) regular walk/exercise/yoga etc. c) take some time to yourself daily to reflect upon events and persons around you. d) writing your thoughts on a paper/diary tend to help a lots of people, you can try. e) deep breathing exercises f) mental rehearsal for any anger provoking situations beforehand. g) avoid alcohol or other drugs. f) move out of scenario for anger temporarily. g) chalk out alternative behaviors after the incident in a calm state.. Hope this helps you..
