Mental stress
I'm feeling low from past few days. I feel like I'm worthless, I work a lot and I give my 100% at work still I don't get any recognition I do my work perfectly correct but I never got the recognition which I deserved. I lost all my confidence, self esteem everything I feel like giving up. I don't have any motivation to get up and start working anymore I have so much ongoing issues at home also I feel that I don't have any mental peace Neither at personal life nor in professional life What is affecting me most is not getting the recognition at work I don't want to go and impress my manager because she is not a good person, she is very partial to others Maybe that's the reason I don't get the recognition I just give up I don't have anyone to go and discuss about it also And I don't know what should I do also

Hello With your history you seem to be under alot of stress on both work n personal front and this stress is hampering your daily functioning as well. It would be worthwhile to meet a psychiatrist near your area who would give you some psychotherapy to deal with the stressors and some low dose of medicines to make you feel better!
