Mid to lower Back pain
I have back pain so took x-ray and it seems my lower spine is getting straight. Also my body movement is highly restricted now, I can't  touch my toes, can't sit in L shape while keeping legs straight. Do need to consult Orthopedic first or physiotherapy will work for me ?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
