Hello there, Middle and upper back pain are fairly common with a tender point at one or two places near the curves of shoulder blade. Usually it happens when there is muscle tightness/spasm or from an activity/exerction for which body is not used to. Please get back with proper symptoms and history to have perfect guidance regarding treatment.
