Milk consumption
What is the best time to take milk if it's whole milk or buffalo milk(I don't use packet milk and low fat isn't available in my dairy farm) if you are  on weight loss deit. Can I take it  #after dinner before bedtime or should I take it before dinner ? In breakfast can I have milk ? Does it causes any problem ?

To substantially reduce the amount of fat content of Buffalo milk, skim the cream off the boiled milk twice. Additionally, you must understand that a cup of milk has almost 1/3rd the amount of calories, your main meal is supposed to have. If on a weight loss diet, you can probably have half a cup with your breakfast. Alternatively, you can have more of curd and paneer, since they are good low fat dairy options. Also to further keep the calorie content in check, you can flavour the milk with cardamom or fennel instead of adding sugar to it.
