Mismatching test reports
Hi 2 days before i i was worried because of my collestral results ..hdl 33 ldl 165 trigl 250 ..ecg is healthy .but i took a test again yesterday the result seems very awkward hdl 34 ldl  99 trigl 174 ...and my family doctor tols not to take any tablets and just do workout and diet .

Perform the Lipid profile test again from a NABL lab, it may give you proper diagonosis,  you can take Walnut or almond in your diet with stop outside fried items, stop butter,ghee, banaspati & reheated oil fried items. Walk daily for 30-40 min & for customised diet & exercise plan, as per your present diet, height & weight to reduce cholesterol without medicine, ask me through chat. You may got benefited. Good intake of good fats will help u come down with your cholesterol counts. In diet intake of high fibre, nuts,and good fat will help u cut cholesterol and prevent from other metabolic issues. Take high fibre diet plan and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily.
