I m suffering from moderate OSMF due to this my tongue involved it become small..does this condition is harmful and how it will affect my mouth or it can be reverse to its original state

If predisposing factor for oral submucous fibrosis is identified and treated there is no long term issues. If predisposing factors are not addressed then it has minimal chance of going for oral cancer
