Morbidly obese and not able to lose wght
Would appreciate helpful tips I am morbidly obese have reduced weight and got fit twice(weight loss of 40+ kg) I have gradually put on alot of weight and am mobidly obese. I weigh 137kgs and height of around 5.7ft. Age 30. I am well read on diets and exercise. I know how I have to do it. I have done it twice with proper diets and exercise.  But simply failing again and again. Lack of motivation and procastination is serious. The problem is rather psychological I suppose. Would greatly appreciate some helpful tips from the well learned community here

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
