Swelling of tongue sore throut just after eating. Strange reaction to dinner hour or so after eating. Doesn't usually happen strange for her to complain about such issue should I take her to doctors to see.

Yes pls visit ur dentist once. It can be sm food allergy or tongue / cheek bite
