Can I gave MRI after Knee replacement, as mother got a rod in knee after replacement. Or what kind of test can be preferred to have to check the status n situation of knee.

Plain Xray of knee AP, Lateral and Skyline views will suffice. MRI neither indicated nor possible after knee replacement.
