My answer depends on the question why you wish to take multivitaminin. Multivitaminin can be managed through a proper healthy diet. Over dose might cause damage to liver. So need a proper recall of diet ,exercise and health issues to advise multivitaminin for you.

Hello. If your multivitamin is in capsule form, take it during fat time - preferably after breakfast. Maintain 20-30 minutes gap after meal and then take multivitamins. It gets digested better and chances of any gastric upset is less.
