It is very much safe it if it prescribed by your dietitian or doctor. As, multivitamins are generally taken depending upon the body requirement.

It all depends if at all your body requires these extra nutrients or supplements. To understand and to recommend i will need more medical information about you. If it has been prescribed by the doctor or the dietitian then it’s completely fine. But if not please consult some professional before taking such products.
