Multivitamin suppliment
Hi , In breakfast I am taking only fruits , how should I consume multi-vitamin suppliment with breakfast , as I know we should not drink water immediately after fruits... thanks

Hi its better advised to take any medicine or multivitamin for that matter with a proper meal.. don't completely depend on fruits..consume variety of foods for overall benefits.. take proper meals and then have meds..

and please take doctors opinion before taking any kind of multi vitamin supplements.. Donot take any multi vitamin supplements on your own..s they have many long term side effects.. if doctor suggests you to take them, then there's no harm..to take multi vitamins for some time period.. thankyou

Hi U can have it after 40mins off break after breakfast. That will not cause any issue.

Kindly  share   details  of your purpose  of consuming only fruits in your diet only fruit diet is not well balanced  interms of macro nutrients ,this diet only has more fructose & Fibre Does not provide  other nutrients
