Muscle pull near elbow
Hi doctor, I have got strain in muscle while throwing cricket ball from long distance and it started paining near elbow region of biceps .please let me know whether it is a normal phenomena or do I need to see doctor and get treatment if required .I have attached an internet image to show the exact paining area . Thanks in advance

In my opinion u must go for a technique known as dry needling which is being done intramuscularly... it will take 3 to 5 sittings followed by cold fermentation...this technique has immediate results...take care and get well soon...

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Seems you have strained your biceps muscle,
Next Steps
avoid lifting weights,bags etc with the affected elbow,use cold compresses

U didnt mentioned when it happned to u.... Since how many days.........still....take pain killer ...rest that point for two to three days.....dont apply anything........if after taking pain killer and muscle relaxants for seven days........if it dont go away...then visit the..orthopaedic to find out the degree of ....u r problem.....dont lift any weight or tie it tightly just rest the joint in 90degree......ok.......thanks
