My father has ciroses of Liver.
He is also a diabetic and has a habit of eating fried n reach oilly food...But now he has to eat easy n protein foods...We are vegetarian and don't even eat eggs... Please suggest food and menu we should follow for a week.

Diabetic can eat low fat, highfibre, sugarfee diet and it should be devided into 3 main and 3 small meals with low GI food consisting 25% protein,25% carbohydrate and 50% fruits and vegetables in each meal fruits can be taken just once as pre lunch around 150 gm depend upon sugar level ,keep hydration. For protein you can add 50 g paneer and soyabean daily
