My height problem
I have my wrist x-ray...my plate was fused..I am 16+ year old boy .my height is 5.3 it's possible I grow taller after fused...I need to know the truth plz help

If your growth plates are fused, your height cannot increase. But, you can do stretching exercises to strengthen & straighten your spine which will add a few inches to your height.
