Please visit a nearest maxillofacial surgeon and get it examined. A clinical examination followed by a biopsy/FNAC is more conclusive for diagnosis.

Dear practo user Don't panic. Most of time  these kind of lump are inflammatory lymph node. But considering tobacco history, need to be examined intraorally and extraorally  too by specialist dental surgeon.

Does it increase In size if she bends downwards? If constant in size for a long period as much as a month or longer, it can be something related to muscular origin, related to muscles of mastication such as muscular hypertrophy(?). Thorough examination required in such cases, virtual assumptions are very difficult to make. Contact maxillifacial surgeon.

Painless lump in the right cheek is likely not inflammatory...might be due to tobacco chewing , cysticercosis , chronically enlarged buccal lymph node...on the inner side of the cheek u might be seeing parotid salivary duct opening....needs through examination and history....
Next Steps
see a dentist

Kindly share the picture of that area. Lump can due to cavity in any tooth or any gum problems. It needs to be clinically checked for proper diagnosis. Tobacco can be a contributing factor. But we cannot say anything unless we see the case. It would be better if you can visit your nearby dentist and get it checked.
Health Tips
gargle with salt and warm water thrice daily or can use betadiene mouth wash.
