Very painful my right foot heal regularly pain occurs please help me. 10year some things goes under heal but it removed and I am taking tetness injections .Till now painting

Hi, first of all tell me does your sole have any burning sensation?
Does your foot hurt first thing in the morning
If any injury us ruled out there are chances that you have plantar fasciitis
But to confirm that and guide you for the same I need more information on your symptoms
