So what should i do now? I am very panic because of lockdown situation as i cant go our easily to consult with a dr. can buy any medicine from medical story without prescription, please suggest.

The kit sent by you clearly indicates that it is negative . You can wait for one more week for withdrawal bleeding and if you still don't get your period , you can get back to me and I can guide you on what has to be done further. However if you are anxious to know if there are  any chances of pregnancy , you can get a blood test "beta human chorionic gonadotropin". It is the confirmatory test that indicates if you are pregnant or not .
