Myofascial Spasm
Had injured shoulder rhomboid muscles while exercising. Due to that had myofascial pain and nodes in back. Due this having spasm in back and neck. Also I have a desk job. Please suggest as it is not going away.

Hi. Your myofascial pain and nodes are triggered by injury but your muscles has tendency to form nodes so to reduce that you need to do stretching and relaxation exercises. Also you need proper ergonomic advice for your desk job and posture to minimize the chances of recurrence.
