I have been having this problem since last 4 years i think this because of carrying heavy bags of my school days ,due to this pain even my body posture is not straight

Please visit a physiotherapist who can assess you and decide an exercise program for your weak back as well as guide you how to maintain a good posture and difference between a good and bad posture.
