This is a very common problem faced by students and other professionals working on the computers or laptops. You need to take care of your posture while studying or working on a system. Avoid sitting for the long in a particular position . Arrange a proper table chair for studying . Monitor of the system should be at the eye level ,so that you don't bend your neck while working . Most importantly start Exercising for neck and back . Scapular exercises are also very important (bring your shoulder backwards and hold the position for 10-15 secs, repeat 15-20 times) Seek a Physiotherapist help if problem continues
Next Steps
Practice correct posture.
