Neck pain in morning
I am getting frequent neck pain after I wake in the morning. I completely stopped using pillow and it was better but the night I used pillow again, I woke up with stiff neck in morning. The pain usually takes 3-4 days to subside. Shall I consult a doctor?

You need to consult a physiotherapist with good biomechanical knowledge to find out the cause of the problem. Light exercises with some hot water fomentation will be helpful.
