Neck pain since 2 days
Hi doctor! I am having a neck pain since 2 days. Yesterday night it was so severe that my head and shoulders. Please suggest me to which specialist Dr. I should consult or any kind of home treatment. I applied moove and taken an ultraset medicine. Then I got sleep. Right now also my neck is paining in any kind of movement. I worked for 3 days on laptop while keeping it on bed and sitting on bed itself. I think this could be a reason for it. Thanks Chirag

Hi, First of all a kid taking ultracet. Wrong sitting posture might have strained your neck muscles. Apply 40 secs of cold pack followed by 40 secs of hot pack and end again with 40 secs of cold pack. Also keep your chin tucked in to avoid further stress to neck muscles. Physiotherapy will help you tremendously not just to treat your neck but to teach you the correct ergonomics Thank you, Dr Dimple Kapasi
