Neck tightness with severe eye strain
Hi, I have been having neck tightness every single day for the last 18 months.i get severe eye strain and pressure on my head when my neck muscles become very tight. Based on neurologist opinion I got an mri scan of both cervical spine which showed very mild Spondylosis and the brain MRI was normal. I have tried everything from physics therapy to posture correctors and nothing has worked. Can some suggest what I can do next since my eye strain is getting severe by the day and it only happens when my neck muscles become tense/tight.

Need to know how ur tightness in neck started in first place? Suddenly or gradually ? Any injury or accident ? What about eye strain did it start simultaneously or later? What’s your job? Do you get it more in morning or by evening? What causes these symptoms to increase or decrease?
Next Steps
Mri just shows your anatomy and good that mostly it is normal. You need certain exercises and relaxation techniques for neck which can help. Start daily walk for a start.
