Neck to shoulder pain
I have been having neck to shoulder pain every now and then especially on hectic days for a few years now. Now some blue black spots have started appearing on my right shoulder and the pain extends to arm as well up till the elbow. I have a medium activity lifestyle, college/office on weekdays, and trekking and such activities on weekends.

Hi Dear, Please consult a Orthopedician or physiotherapist nearby you it could be cervical spondylosis.
