She had swelling in her ankle then it occurred in knee and ankle of other leg. She didn't take any medicine for a month almost but as she had pain for some hours in morning. She consulted one doctor on whom advice she got her check up done. On 20 July Her CRP was 227 ESR 120 RA facror > 90 But doctor said she is having UTI and started treatment but as she felt vomiting like and low appetite. She one week later got consult from a rheumatoidlogist who said it is arthritis and started Medicine. I want to know can a 20 year old girl get arthritis. So suddenly how can one get such a serious disease

Can be possible (Rheumatoid arthritis) as it remains one of the common causes of polyarthalgia. Blood tests are quiet conclusive.

It could be monoarticular rheumatoid arthritis,  you need to get more imaging done. Do teleconsultation to know more on further management
